Q3: Why do you compete in weightlifting?
To be able to improve myself and always become stronger and stronger. The feeling you get when you lift in a competition and being on the platform with the adrenaline, stress and crowds is simply addicting
Q4: What do you most enjoy about training?
When we have a 1rm or max out session with one movement and we simply have to give everything and do as much as possible

Compete at the next world championships and be part of the team for the Commonwealth Games

I am a home and auto insurance agent. I am also a weightlifting coach at 2 crossfit gyms and own a company with my father

I would like to be a manager in the company where I currently work

Mohamed Ihab Youssef Ahmed Mahmoud.
He is super intense and gives 200% during each training.
